The editor’s desk.
There is no contact form here, because forms that go nowhere are worse than no form at all. Instead, one email address, read by an actual human, usually in a cinema queue.
Good reasons to write in: a cinema we haven’t listed, a seat layout that’s wrong, a bug on the site, a correction to a screen count, a city you want us to open next, or a polite disagreement with one of our metrics. Less-good reasons: SEO pitches, AI-generated outreach, crypto partnerships.
We reply to most messages within a few working days. If it’s an urgent correction (wrong address, wrong chain, a closed-down cinema still listed), say so in the subject and we’ll bump it to the top of the pile.
Ticket refunds, booking failures, or seat issues on the day of the show — those belong to the cinema or the booking platform you used. We only keep the map.
If a comment on a seat is abusive or clearly fake, email with the seat link and a one-line reason. We read and act on these quickly.
